How do I reset my password? +
Go to the login page and click "Forgot password". Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link within a few minutes.
Will my data be saved if I close the app? +
Yes! All your sessions, prop firms, and account data are saved to our secure database. You can close the app and come back anytime — everything will be exactly where you left it.
How do I track multiple prop firms? +
Go to Firm Tracker in the sidebar and click + Add Firm. You can add as many firms as your plan allows. Free plan supports up to 2 firms, Pro up to 5, and Elite has unlimited firms.
When will copy trading be available? +
Copy trading is currently in development and will be available for Elite plan members first. Sign up for Elite to get early access when it launches. We'll notify all Elite members by email.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime? +
Yes absolutely. You can cancel your Pro or Elite subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
Is my trading data private? +
100% yes. Your trading data is completely private and only visible to you. We never share, sell, or access your personal trading information. Each account is fully isolated.
What prop firms are supported? +
You can track any prop firm manually — FTMO, Topstep, MyFundedFx, Apex, The Funded Trader, and more. For copy trading (coming soon), we'll support direct broker integrations with the most popular prop firm platforms.
